Requirements
- Master's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, Communications, Nonprofit Leadership, or Community Development preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in community engagement, partnership development, nonprofit leadership, or maternal health.
- Strong understanding of perinatal mental health and challenges impacting BIPOC communities.
- Demonstrated commitment to racial equity, reproductive justice, and culturally responsive practices.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and strategic outreach.
- Proficiency with virtual communication platforms and project management systems.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective team communication.
Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain partnerships with organizations focused on maternal mental health, reproductive justice, and health equity.
- Develop collaborative programming that supports education, advocacy, and leadership development within BIPOC communities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Alliance and external stakeholders, including hospitals, universities, and public health agencies.
- Coordinate outreach efforts to increase awareness of PSI programs and engage BIPOC professionals and community leaders.
- Gather and analyze feedback from community stakeholders to inform strategic direction and program improvements.
- Maintain partnership records, outreach tracking, and engagement data for regular reporting to the Director.
