  • Direct experience working with customers and large organizations.
  • Familiarity with APIs and previous experience interacting with them.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to quickly identify key organizational roles and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to convince and motivate others effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Capacity to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for interacting with customers and solving new problems daily.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers successfully go live with our product and remain satisfied with the results.
  • Understand the needs and roles within enterprise organizations to manage priorities and resolve misalignments.
  • Craft and dictate internal and external narratives regarding customer success requirements.
  • Manage engineering time allocation to prioritize essential customer tasks and minimize unnecessary resource usage.
  • Field and troubleshoot customer support requests.
  • Create and update customer documentation and training materials.
  • Identify and implement new ways to improve the integration process.
