Requirements
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting.
- Direct experience working with customers and large organizations.
- Familiarity with APIs and previous experience interacting with them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to quickly identify key organizational roles and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to convince and motivate others effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Capacity to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for interacting with customers and solving new problems daily.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers successfully go live with our product and remain satisfied with the results.
- Understand the needs and roles within enterprise organizations to manage priorities and resolve misalignments.
- Craft and dictate internal and external narratives regarding customer success requirements.
- Manage engineering time allocation to prioritize essential customer tasks and minimize unnecessary resource usage.
- Field and troubleshoot customer support requests.
- Create and update customer documentation and training materials.
- Identify and implement new ways to improve the integration process.
