  • 3+ years of experience supporting SaaS‑based K–12 solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of curriculum, instruction, state accountability systems, and instructional practice trends.
  • Experience engaging and influencing superintendents, cabinet‑level leaders, and principals.
  • Skilled at analyzing district‑level data and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills adaptable to educators, administrators, and internal teams.
  • Track record of leading through ambiguity, maintaining focus, and driving results.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to building strong relationships across teams.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the confidence to address implementation missteps directly and constructively.
  • Ability to travel up to 65% as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead district‑wide implementation strategy by designing thoughtful, data‑informed plans that drive measurable success.
  • Build strong partnerships with cabinet‑level district leaders, principals, and educators—earning trust as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert.
  • Guide program adoption by empowering district teams, strengthening implementation fidelity, and aligning Edmentum solutions with local priorities.
  • Monitor usage and student performance data to uncover insights and make strategic recommendations that accelerate outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Service teams to support retention, expansion, and customer health.
  • Ensure internal documentation is complete, accurate, and actionable so all partners have a clear picture of district progress and needs.
