Requirements

- Experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS/tech company.
- Experience in a Healthcare Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success Management role.
- Experience managing a book of business focused on Enterprise customers.
- Proven track record of sustaining and growing relationships.
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proven proficiency in data analysis, including interpreting and translating results.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience using a CRM tool such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
- Ability to travel to various client locations as required.
Responsibilities
- Manage and provide world-class partnerships to clients to ensure they optimize the use and value of PointClickCare solutions.
- Drive engagements at the C-level by leveraging a business consulting background and enterprise knowledge.
- Own and deliver joint customer success plans to build, grow, and expand client relationships while driving business alignment.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor and Business Partner to customer Executive Leadership and internal account teams.
- Apply customer success methodology to provide a prescriptive relationship management experience and anticipate customer challenges.
- Develop early warning and turnaround strategies focused on customer health and churn mitigation.
- Serve as a point of escalation to manage customer expectations and develop save plans for at-risk accounts.
