Requirements
- 6+ years of work experience, with most recent experience in Senior Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting.
- Mastery of priority management and emotional intelligence to lead high-stakes, Fortune 500 partnerships.
- Proven track record of anticipating strategic obstacles and resolving complex challenges.
- Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executive leadership, technical teams, and end-users.
- Experience supporting Enterprise SaaS or Fortune 500 companies.
- Experience working with technical products.
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
- Ability to travel 25-40%.
Responsibilities
- Ensure large customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations using the Samsara platform.
- Drive business transformation by leading strategic customer engagements and architecting joint success plans.
- Orchestrate executive business reviews with decision-makers to align multi-year goals with the company roadmap.
- Influence internal roadmaps across Product, Finance, and Support to drive customer initiatives.
- Champion and embed cultural principles across the team as it scales.
