Engineering at Tines

Our engineers solve challenges in scaling throughput, optimizing performance, and building seamless self-hosted deployments. You will work with Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript, Postgres, Redis, Docker, and AWS CDK. We empower users to automate complex tasks without coding, creating a profound impact. You will contribute to our core backend job processing engine, AI-powered features, or Identity and Access Management systems. Our interview process includes a Byteboard exercise to assess your problem-solving skills.
