Customer Success Manager II

Lead a first-class onboarding experience and ensure customer use cases and requirements are met in the specified timeline
Translate technical customer needs to internal technical teams and deliver feedback to the Product team to shape the platform
Coordinate onboarding and business reviews to evaluate performance and identify new opportunities for expansion
Partner with internal resources to build account plans and align customer needs with use cases to increase platform usage
Proactively identify risks to customer goals and develop comprehensive mitigation plans

You will work with Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript, Postgres, Redis, Docker, and AWS CDK. We empower users to automate complex tasks without coding, creating a profound impact. You will contribute to our core backend job processing engine, AI-powered features, or Identity and Access Management systems. Our interview process includes a Byteboard exercise to assess your problem-solving skills.
