Senior Partner Solutions Engineer, Public Sector

Develop deep knowledge of Tines automation and apply it to customer security and IT challenges.
Create and deliver compelling presentations and technical demos to alliance partners to win sales.
Build and execute enablement programs for channel and technical alliance partners.
Collaborate with Sales to identify and develop use cases for the Tines platform.
Drive the strategic direction for Solutions Engineering in North America, aligning with partnership goals.
Mentor and provide guidance to other Solutions Engineers.
Represent Tines at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
Influence the product roadmap through market feedback and collaboration with product management and engineering teams.
Act as a senior advocate for key partners to ensure their needs are met.
Identify and implement improvements to the sales engineering function and operations.

You will work with Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript, Postgres, Redis, Docker, and AWS CDK. We empower users to automate complex tasks without coding, creating a profound impact. You will contribute to our core backend job processing engine, AI-powered features, or Identity and Access Management systems. Our interview process includes a Byteboard exercise to assess your problem-solving skills.
