Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in partnerships, marketing operations, event management, or program delivery within sports, entertainment, or agency/brand environments
- Proven ability to manage complex, premium event or hospitality programs with high attention to detail
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, including senior stakeholder interaction
- Experience supporting content, communications, or guest-facing messaging for live events
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, travel-heavy environments, including race weekends and international travel
- Strong organizational, budgeting, and vendor management capabilities
- Preferred exposure to motorsport ecosystems (e.g., WEC, IMSA, SRO) or global sports sponsorship programs
- Familiarity with sponsorship performance tracking, event technology tools, or CRM systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational contact for racing team partners and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth day-to-day execution
- Manage distribution and utilization of partnership assets such as credentials, hospitality access, and VIP experiences for race events
- Lead planning and delivery of VIP guest and hospitality programs across domestic and international race calendars
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including vendors, budgets, timelines, and on-site execution
- Support the creation and execution of content and communications aligned with key race moments in collaboration with marketing and communications teams
- Track program performance and deliver post-event reporting, insights, and recommendations for improvement
- Manage cross-functional coordination with internal departments including legal, finance, procurement, sales, and marketing
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, financial controls, and operational standards across all activations
