Requirements
- Certified Anaplan Model Builder certification.
- 2+ years of hands-on Anaplan model-building experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales operations, finance, planning systems, analytics, or business systems.
- Experience owning or leading development for planning, forecasting, or operational processes.
- Strong understanding of Anaplan model design, data flows, user access, and testing best practices.
- Experience with inbound and outbound data integrations between business systems.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Foundational SQL knowledge.
- Comfort with modern analytics and automation tools and willingness to incorporate AI into daily workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models supporting headcount planning, quota planning, revenue forecasting, and ROI analysis.
- Lead model-building efforts end-to-end from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
- Partner with business stakeholders and analytics teams to translate planning needs into scalable solutions.
- Improve existing models with a focus on performance, usability, auditability, and SOX-compliant governance.
- Manage inbound and outbound data integrations between Anaplan and other business systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Utilize Hex, agentic coding tools, and AI-assisted workflows to improve documentation and team productivity.
