Requirements
- 5 to 8 years in GTM operations, revenue operations, or sales operations.
- Hands-on systems-building experience in a SaaS environment.
- Advanced CRM architecture proficiency in Salesforce, specifically configuration.
- Hands-on experience with data pipeline tooling.
- Production-grade Python and SQL coding skills for real systems.
- Demonstrated lead routing experience with complex assignment logic and SLA requirements.
- Experience building enrichment waterfall logic.
- Working knowledge of AI and ML tooling including prompt engineering, model evaluation, and vector databases.
- Ability to turn ambiguous business requirements into robust system logic.
- Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and enforce data quality standards across the full GTM stack from ingestion to CRM writeback.
- Design and maintain lead and account scoring models based on real signal.
- Build lifecycle automation across the revenue funnel with handoff logic between sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Automate high-friction processes across Sales Ops, Post-Sales Ops, Deal Desk, and Commissions.
- Apply AI to internal operations workflows like contract exceptions, commission flagging, and renewal triggers.
- Build and own the data enrichment strategy and multi-source waterfall logic.
- Connect data across systems to provide context for sellers and automate account research, outbound personalization, and ABM triggers.
- Write production-grade Python and SQL to automate workflows and build custom integrations via APIs.
