Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, sales ops, rev ops, or growth roles.
- Proven experience building systems rather than just using them.
- Hands-on experience configuring workflows in tools such as Clay, Apollo, or Salesforce.
- Systems-thinking mindset with a focus on process automation.
- Strong writing ability to craft personalized, high-quality outreach.
- Ability to work independently in an early-stage company environment.
- Healthcare or health-tech domain experience preferred.
- Technical depth in SQL, Python, or APIs preferred for custom data pipelines.
- Experience building GTM systems from scratch preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate automated workflows, using tools like Clay, to research, enrich, and score target hospital accounts.
- Configure intent signals to respond to buying triggers within 4 hours with AI-personalized outreach.
- Design and optimize outreach sequences, A/B test messaging, and track conversion rates.
- Gather market intelligence to refine Trase’s internal positioning and ICP definitions.
- Develop pre-conference outreach systems for high-value events to schedule meetings.
- Generate AI-powered meeting prep briefs and post-call follow-ups for senior sellers.
- Maintain Salesforce as the source of truth and report weekly on performance metrics.
- Document built systems and processes to enable scaling.
