Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, sales ops, rev ops, or growth.
- Proven experience building systems rather than just operating them.
- Hands-on experience with GTM tooling such as Clay, Apollo, and Salesforce.
- Strong writing ability to create human-like, researched outreach content.
- Systems thinking design approach to automate manual processes.
- Ability to work independently in an early-stage company environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare or health-tech preferred, specifically understanding CMIO roles and health system procurement.
- Technical depth in SQL, Python, or APIs preferred for custom data pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate automated workflows to research, enrich, and score target hospital accounts.
- Configure intent signals and execute AI-personalized outreach to respond to buying triggers.
- Design, optimize, and A/B test outreach sequences to track conversion rates.
- Gather market intelligence to refine positioning and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definitions.
- Build pre-conference outreach machines to schedule high-volume meetings.
- Generate AI-powered meeting prep briefs and post-call follow-ups for sales teams.
- Maintain Salesforce and report weekly on pipeline performance.
- Document all build processes to ensure scalability.
