Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
  • Proven track record of success working for a U.S.-based tech company selling to U.S. prospects.
  • Strong focus on and experience with cold-calling.
  • Documented track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Empathetic with strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with time management.
  • Possess grit and the ability to handle rejection.
  • Resourceful and persistent in finding new ways to open doors.
  • Coachable and willing to learn.
  • Highly positive outlook and sound judgment when handling new situations.

Responsibilities

  • Break into a new vertical using creative prospecting to reach stakeholders at all levels of large businesses.
  • Utilize outbound sales techniques including cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Generate interest and meetings with procurement leaders for our software and AI renewal platform.
  • Develop proficiency in modern sales technology tools including Apollo, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales Development Manager, Enablement Manager, and Head of Sales to hone your sales craft.
  • Contribute to the refinement of sales messaging and strategy.
