Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Able to business travel up to 20%.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening meetings and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads using Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Contact and qualify potential customers through 40-50 phone calls and 30 emails per day.
  • Setup and coordinate product demos and presentations for sales and presales teams.
  • Maintain and update the lead database in Salesforce with accurate information.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Assist with RFX proposal preparation, market research, and data analyses.
  • Facilitate communication and coordinate meetings for stakeholders in multiple time zones.
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks including tracking KPIs and cross-functional meeting scheduling.
