Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful outbound sales development or lead generation experience
  • Preferably experience within SaaS
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Ability to craft persuasive emails
  • Ability to engage in LinkedIn messaging and phone conversations
  • Achieving, results-driven mindset
  • Ability to thrive autonomously and manage time
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to build target account and contact lists
  • Ability to conduct personalized outreach at scale

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage with high-potential accounts through strategic cold calling, personalized email sequences and targeted social selling
  • Deliver value-driven messaging that engages and entices prospects
  • Work closely with AEs and marketing to formulate personalized messaging and collateral
  • Secure meetings with employer buyers at all levels, from C-suite executives to benefits leaders
  • Develop tracking and reporting dashboards in Salesforce and regularly report progress to Sales leadership
  • Consistently hit daily, weekly and monthly lead generation targets
  • Travel as needed for conferences
