Requirements
- 2+ years of successful outbound sales development or lead generation experience
- Preferably experience within SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Ability to craft persuasive emails
- Ability to engage in LinkedIn messaging and phone conversations
- Achieving, results-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive autonomously and manage time
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to build target account and contact lists
- Ability to conduct personalized outreach at scale
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with high-potential accounts through strategic cold calling, personalized email sequences and targeted social selling
- Deliver value-driven messaging that engages and entices prospects
- Work closely with AEs and marketing to formulate personalized messaging and collateral
- Secure meetings with employer buyers at all levels, from C-suite executives to benefits leaders
- Develop tracking and reporting dashboards in Salesforce and regularly report progress to Sales leadership
- Consistently hit daily, weekly and monthly lead generation targets
- Travel as needed for conferences
