Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar prospecting tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong work ethic and high level of self-motivation.
- High coachability and willingness to actively seek feedback.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with performance metrics.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
- Generate qualified meetings with decision-makers within target organizations.
- Execute strategic follow-up sequences to maximize response rates.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
- Conduct initial conversations to identify business challenges and opportunities.
- Assess prospect fit based on company profile, business needs, and level of interest.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Research target companies and key stakeholders to personalize outreach.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales intelligence platforms effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity and provide detailed insights to the sales team.
