Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or administrative support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to ask effective discovery questions and uncover prospect needs.
- Active listening and rapport-building skills.
- Strong organization and note-taking skills to accurately log conversations in a CRM.
- Ability to prioritize and qualify inbound leads.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot (plus).
- Familiarity with lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo (plus).
Responsibilities
- Leverage sales tools to identify and schedule meetings with Agencies meeting the Ideal Customer Profile.
- Use data and research to identify, prioritize, and qualify prospective customers.
- Develop and manage effective outreach and content strategies to generate interest.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage and track all activities, notes, and metrics.
- Monitor and analyze performance KPIs to improve outreach strategies and program performance.
- Understand GTM offerings and marketing compliance laws to ensure effective and compliant messaging.
