Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or administrative support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to ask effective discovery questions and uncover prospect needs.
  • Active listening and rapport-building skills.
  • Strong organization and note-taking skills to accurately log conversations in a CRM.
  • Ability to prioritize and qualify inbound leads.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot (plus).
  • Familiarity with lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo (plus).

Responsibilities

  • Leverage sales tools to identify and schedule meetings with Agencies meeting the Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Use data and research to identify, prioritize, and qualify prospective customers.
  • Develop and manage effective outreach and content strategies to generate interest.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage and track all activities, notes, and metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze performance KPIs to improve outreach strategies and program performance.
  • Understand GTM offerings and marketing compliance laws to ensure effective and compliant messaging.
