Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 1–2+ years in a management role.
- Track record of scaling an established product and contributing to new product development.
- 3+ years of experience in healthtech, ideally in RCM, denials management, coding, or B2B clinical workflows.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, data science, and UX.
- Experience managing both external customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with payer-specific denial logic or appeal workflows (Nice to have).
- Background in software engineering, data engineering, or a quantitative field (Nice to have).
- Proficiency in SQL or comfort with data analysis tools (Nice to have).
- Experience launching a net-new product at a growth-stage healthtech company (Nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for the SmarterDenials teams.
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers.
- Understand the SmarterDx user and buyer market, including payer behavior and RCM workflows.
- Engage customers to gather feedback and identify friction points.
- Define, track, and report on key success metrics.
- Support PMs leading cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and designers.
