Requirements
- BS/BA degree, applicable certification, or equivalent related experience.
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or related fields.
- 4-6 years of people management experience (desirable).
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.
- Ability to influence without organizational power.
- Proven experience building trust relationships across an organization.
- Working technical proficiency including SDLC, engineering standards, and architectural risk management.
- Ability to navigate organizational issues to reach agreements between teams.
Responsibilities
- Deploy & equip a team of technical program managers to drive the achievement of organizational OKRs.
- Manage and coach technical program managers to ensure success and increase team bench strength.
- Implement operational frameworks that maximize information flow with minimal overhead.
- Act as a Principal Program Manager on challenging problems and drive key trade-off decisions.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional leaders in sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.
