Requirements
- 12+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
- Track record of owning cross-functional programs end to end from design through launch.
- Technical fluency to engage meaningfully on architecture, dependencies, and risk.
- Demonstrated ability to build repeatable operating models rather than just running projects.
- Experience managing cross-org dependencies and aligning teams without direct authority.
- Strong written communication skills for translating complex status and risk into narratives for senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design, own, and continuously improve the monthly agent release program across all lines of business.
- Set and hold the platform-readiness bar by engaging with engineering teams on architecture, dependencies, and technical risk.
- Drive go-to-market coherence across lines of business to ensure consistent naming, packaging, and messaging.
- Instrument launch health and build reporting to track releases, adoption, and blockers for R&D leadership.
- Operate in ambiguous situations by making defensible calls and surfacing high-level decisions to leadership.
- Establish operating rhythms, governance structures, and cross-functional alignment mechanisms.
