Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, systems engineering, robotics, autonomy, defense technology, software, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing complex technical programs involving multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Strong technical understanding of robotics, autonomous systems, hardware/software integration, defense systems, or field-deployed technology products.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts across software, hardware, sensors, communications, testing, and operations teams.
- Experience managing schedules, milestones, risk management, integration planning, testing readiness, and delivery execution.
- Experience working with teams building physical systems or real-world technology products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences.
- High ownership, strong judgment, and ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and align teams around execution goals.
Responsibilities
- Own execution of complex technical programs across robotics, autonomy, software, and defense-related engineering initiatives.
- Develop and manage program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery strategies.
- Translate customer requirements, mission objectives, and business priorities into clear technical execution plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between software, hardware, autonomy, manufacturing, operations, product, and customer-facing teams.
- Identify technical and program risks early, drive mitigation strategies, and support leadership decision-making.
- Partner with engineering teams to define requirements, interfaces, integration approaches, testing plans, and release criteria.
- Coordinate system integration activities across software, hardware, sensors, communications, and autonomous platforms.
- Support hardware-in-the-loop testing, field evaluations, demonstrations, and operational readiness activities.
- Track technical issues, failure modes, corrective actions, and engineering resolutions through completion.
- Support government, defense, and commercial program execution through reporting, reviews, briefings, and documentation.
