Job Details

Licensed CPA or actively working toward CPA certification.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
5+ years of public accounting experience across industries such as technology, life sciences, consumer products, financial services, or nonprofit organizations.
Experience auditing complex accounts, including revenue, inventory, equity, and stock options.
Previous experience supervising, leading, and developing audit teams.
Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks.
Experience managing complex engagements involving multiple jurisdictions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate information, identify risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
Ability to synthesize research and technical findings into clear, practical deliverables.

Oversee multiple audit engagements, resolving complex legal, regulatory, accounting, and compliance matters throughout the audit lifecycle.
Develop engagement strategies, business plans, budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and workload assignments.
Manage client relationships by understanding business needs and providing trusted advisory support.
Apply advanced knowledge of accounting principles and auditing procedures to address client challenges.
Research and interpret accounting standards, including U.S. GAAP requirements.
Lead engagements involving complex financial reporting, tax considerations, and international business practices.
Mentor, coach, and develop audit professionals through feedback and training.
Support proposal development and contribute to business development initiatives.
