Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT, including enterprise software development, architecture, or technology delivery environments.
  • 7–10+ years of experience managing large-scale technology programs, software development lifecycles, and complex solution implementations.
  • Proven experience delivering cloud-based enterprise solutions using Agile, DevSecOps, and modern software engineering practices.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity principles, risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and coordinating multiple interdependent workstreams.
  • Ability to develop technical strategies, evaluate risks, and drive decision-making in complex environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical topics to senior stakeholders.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required; Agile or additional technical certifications are a plus.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support program leadership with execution management, delivery planning, staffing coordination, customer communication, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee technical and cybersecurity workstreams, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
  • Lead software development execution across multiple Agile teams, monitoring engineering performance, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
  • Serve as the senior technical authority for architecture, integration, cloud strategy, development practices, and modernization initiatives.
  • Define technical strategies, engineering standards, architecture roadmaps, and solution approaches aligned with enterprise objectives.
  • Supervise architects, development leads, engineering teams, and cybersecurity professionals to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
  • Guide cybersecurity activities, including security architecture, compliance initiatives, vulnerability management, secure development practices, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead technical reviews, design assessments, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational maturity.
  • Act as a senior technical liaison, communicating complex technology, security, and delivery topics to executive-level stakeholders.
