Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in organizational change management, communications, training, or project management.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Experience with OCM principles and methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with survey tools such as Microsoft Forms or SurveyMonkey.
  • Experience supporting federal government or Department of Defense projects is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development environments is a plus.
  • Prosci, CCMP, CSM, PMP, ITIL, or Security+ certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of the program's Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy.
  • Assess organizational readiness and identify change impacts across user groups.
  • Build productive relationships with government stakeholders and end users.
  • Develop clear, user-focused communications including newsletters, FAQs, and release notes.
  • Coordinate training efforts, including user guides, job aids, and virtual or in-person sessions.
  • Track adoption metrics and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Agile program teams to translate system capabilities into user-friendly messaging.
