Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience managing complex technical programs in enterprise technology environments.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end technical initiatives with ownership of production systems or large operational environments.
  • Strong background in infrastructure capacity planning, forecasting, and operational process improvement.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise clients in consulting, professional services, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and on-premises environments.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Apache Spark, and large-scale production infrastructure is highly preferred.
  • Ability to understand technical architectures, evaluate engineering tradeoffs, and collaborate effectively with software and infrastructure engineering teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience managing risks, priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable making decisions in complex, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end capacity planning and forecasting initiatives across large-scale production and infrastructure environments.
  • Develop, improve, and standardize operational processes, documentation, and workflows to enhance scalability and efficiency.
  • Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies proactively while implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Manage complex technical programs involving multiple engineering teams, ensuring successful delivery against milestones and business objectives.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to support architectural planning, implementation decisions, and technical prioritization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise stakeholders, facilitating planning sessions, executive updates, and status reviews.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable technical programs while balancing competing priorities and customer expectations.
  • Contribute to continuous operational improvements through data-driven insights, process optimization, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
