Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of OCM subject matter expertise in change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategy.
- Proficiency in OCM methodologies such as ADKAR or Kotter’s 8-step.
- Minimum 5 years of experience applying Project Management principles on large IT projects ($20M+ budget, 100+ internal users, 100k+ external users).
- At least 3 years of project management experience in a lead capacity.
- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Current Prosci Organizational Change Management Certification.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience substituted on a year-for-year basis).
- Ability to provide client references from management or supervisory roles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct As-Is and To-Be analysis for processes impacted by IT implementation.
- Develop OCM plans, roadmaps, and change resistance mitigation strategies.
- Assess project readiness and facilitate feedback loops using ADKAR methodologies.
- Define stakeholder management frameworks and implement multi-channel communication strategies.
- Identify and train change agents and perform persona-based training needs assessments.
- Establish reinforcement strategies and use data-driven insights to measure effectiveness.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
