Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare billing with focus on Revenue Cycle Management systems.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and application support environments.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and complex problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Visio.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare data privacy standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of RCM application administration to ensure stable and efficient system operations.
  • Manage system configurations, master files, reporting structures, and data integrity processes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and third-party vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
  • Oversee technical support activities, incident management, and helpdesk documentation.
  • Manage team workloads to ensure performance aligns with SLAs, KPIs, and operational objectives.
  • Oversee software deployments, upgrades, maintenance, and system availability.
  • Lead application testing activities, including functional, regression, and stress testing.
  • Translate business requirements into system specifications and identify process automation opportunities.
  • Recruit, mentor, develop, and evaluate team members.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy, and security requirements.
