Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare billing with focus on Revenue Cycle Management systems.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and application support environments.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Visio.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare data privacy standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of RCM application administration to ensure stable and efficient system operations.
- Manage system configurations, master files, reporting structures, and data integrity processes.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and third-party vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Oversee technical support activities, incident management, and helpdesk documentation.
- Manage team workloads to ensure performance aligns with SLAs, KPIs, and operational objectives.
- Oversee software deployments, upgrades, maintenance, and system availability.
- Lead application testing activities, including functional, regression, and stress testing.
- Translate business requirements into system specifications and identify process automation opportunities.
- Recruit, mentor, develop, and evaluate team members.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy, and security requirements.
