Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, focused on software applications.
- In-depth understanding of the healthcare landscape and clinical workflows.
- Proven track record as a product manager at a B2B SaaS or cloud software business.
- Experience working within an agile product management environment.
- Proven track record of executing complex product initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and analyze financial modeling.
- Flexible and creative thinker capable of defining business trade-offs and solving problems through ambiguity.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively across senior and junior levels.
Responsibilities
- Define and design features on Tebra’s core products to solve customer problems.
- Conduct market research, including customer segmentation, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design platform features and customer experience processes.
- Manage the customer experience roadmap, feature backlog, and product strategy.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customer support, sales win/loss data, and user acceptance testing.
- Prepare product specifications, use case documentation, and user interface wireframes.
- Analyze product usage data to provide recommendations for the product roadmap.
- Monitor and maintain knowledge of healthcare-related regulatory and compliance requirements.
