Requirements
- 5–8 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience owning consumer-facing product experiences from discovery through delivery.
- Strong understanding of commerce workflows, including transactions, checkout experiences, reporting, accounting, and operational tools.
- Ability to think strategically across complex systems, workflows, user personas, and technical constraints.
- Strong partnership skills with design teams and a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
- Outcome-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics and using data to guide product decisions.
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, business teams, and leadership, without direct authority.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and align stakeholders.
- Experience using AI tools to improve product discovery, decision-making, productivity, and execution.
- Experience with vertical SaaS or services-industry platforms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for commerce experiences across transactional workflows and customer journeys.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to define priorities and deliver high-quality product experiences.
- Improve the full transaction lifecycle, including checkout, payments, financial reporting, accounting workflows, and business management tools.
- Translate complex technical systems, operational needs, and customer feedback into simple and effective product solutions.
- Use customer insights, analytics, and experimentation to identify opportunities and measure product impact.
- Drive alignment across teams by influencing stakeholders and moving initiatives forward in ambiguous environments.
- Establish frameworks for evaluating product performance and continuously improving user experiences.
- Collaborate with teams to support scalability across larger customers, complex business models, and expanding markets.
