- Build, maintain, and tune all routing logic in HubSpot and ChiliPiper.
- Define, publish, and enforce routing SLAs for inbound MQLs and event leads.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for lead ownership conflicts.
- Identify and address conversion bottlenecks across the funnel.
- Design and implement automation and workflows for pipeline generation.
- Ensure GTM operations scale with company growth.
