Senior Software Engineer – Application & Cloud Security

Maintain a deep understanding of the security aspects of Hypori's product/system architecture and implementation patterns.
Mentor engineers on application security principles, secure design patterns, and secure coding practices.
Develop and maintain software security patterns to enable security/compliance/privacy-by-default engineering.
Lead automation and integration of vulnerability management tooling across development and build pipelines.
Perform security-focused code reviews on request.
Triage vulnerability and compliance testing results and generate user stories for remediation.
Contribute to technical compliance strategies and hardening across cloud infrastructure and environments.
Actively contribute to the success of Hypori’s Security Champions program.
Participate in Engineering on-call rotations to provide application security expertise.

Engineering at Hypori

Engineers at Hypori solve complex problems in cloud scalability, zero-trust architecture, and secure mobility. You will work on optimizing, monitoring, and tuning existing cloud infrastructure, improving platform availability and scalability. This involves defining best practices and conducting architectural reviews. You'll partner with teams on microservice implementation, focusing on data contracts and scalability. Implementing and improving metrics systems using modern tools is also a key challenge. Engineering here drives incident response for high-severity cloud infrastructure issues and ensures secure, global data access.
