Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
- Direct experience with pipeline management, funnel reporting, and forecasting cadence.
- Hands-on Tableau proficiency (required).
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI, automation, or emerging technology to improve business workflows.
- Experience working with data for reporting and analysis (SQL, BI tools, or similar).
- Strong, hands-on Salesforce fluency with understanding of data models and configuration impacts.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for building metrics and analysis.
- Familiarity with RevOps systems architecture, data flow, and CRM integrations.
- Ability to operate in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.
- Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, ACV, GRR/NRR, churn) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own metrics, dashboards, and analysis for global GTM teams, covering pipeline reviews, forecasting, and executive reporting.
- Manage weekly pipeline inspection and forecast cadence, monitoring data hygiene and driving process improvements.
- Develop and advance the company's Tableau reporting environment to support self-serve analytics.
- Define and document KPI definitions and calculation logic to maintain a single source of truth.
- Partner with Salesforce admins to define CRM data requirements and governance to ensure reporting consistency.
- Implement and monitor AI and automation workflows for tasks like lead routing, data validation, and forecast preparation.
- Create training and enablement materials to drive adoption of new AI-enabled GTM tools.
