Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar analytical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in management consulting, operations analytics, quality/performance management, process improvement, or an adjacent role.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or member-facing operations is a plus.
  • Experience building quality measurement systems (rubrics, sampling, calibration), performance scorecards, or operational KPI frameworks.
  • Strong command of data and visualization tools such as Looker, SQL, and Hex.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership to solve complex business challenges using data and structured analysis.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to synthesize complex analysis into actionable insights.
  • A builder’s mindset, comfortable establishing frameworks, processes, and standards in a scaling environment.
  • Ability to use AI tools thoughtfully, applying human judgment to AI outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable quality monitoring frameworks for the Clinical Ops department, including sampling strategies, QA rubrics, and calibration processes.
  • Translate quality data into actionable insights, identifying drivers of quality variation, root causes, and quantifying operational and member impact.
  • Partner with Clinical Operations leaders and frontline stakeholders to design and evaluate quality improvement initiatives and measure their lift over time.
  • Build feedback loops by connecting quality insights to coaching, enablement, SOP updates, and knowledge management.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate quality workflows such as rubric-assisted review and issue detection while maintaining human oversight.
  • Own Clinical Operations quality measurement and reporting, including KPI definitions, scorecards, and performance packages.
  • Support ad hoc analyses and special projects by framing questions, pulling data, and delivering decision-ready outputs.
