Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Consultant, or similar role in a technology services, data, or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record writing complex SOWs and service contracts for technical projects.
- Strong understanding of web data collection and web scraping concepts.
- Solid grasp of data analysis, BI, and AI/ML solutions to assess project feasibility.
- Experience estimating IT project costs including infrastructure, development effort, and maintenance.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills for leading discovery calls and presenting solutions.
- Outstanding written English for proposals, SOWs, and research documentation.
- Highly organized and self-directed in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects to uncover technical constraints, data volume expectations, and downstream use cases.
- Translate customer requirements into architected solution designs using company tech stack.
- Author detailed Statements of Work covering scope, deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
- Build cost models and pricing estimates for data collection, AI/BI deliverables, and maintenance.
- Conduct industry and technical research to inform solution design and delivery planning.
- Analyze project performance data to identify where scoping assumptions held up versus where they failed.
