Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, or a related role within technology services, SaaS, data, or digital solutions environments.
- Demonstrated experience developing Statements of Work, project scopes, service agreements, and technical documentation for complex client engagements.
- Strong understanding of web data collection, data acquisition methodologies, and the factors influencing project complexity, scalability, and delivery costs.
- Solid knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, AI, and machine learning concepts, with the ability to assess requirements and scope solutions effectively.
- Experience building project cost models and estimating development effort, infrastructure needs, maintenance requirements, and third-party service costs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead discovery sessions, facilitate discussions, and present recommendations to both technical and business audiences.
- Exceptional written communication skills, capable of producing clear, accurate, and professional documentation.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently within a fully remote and cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with prospective and existing clients to understand business objectives, data requirements, operational constraints, and desired outcomes through detailed discovery sessions and consultations.
- Translate customer needs into well-defined, scalable solution designs, ensuring technical feasibility, commercial viability, and alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, product, research, and delivery teams to develop proposals, define project scope, and support solution positioning throughout the sales cycle.
- Create comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs), including deliverables, timelines, assumptions, exclusions, acceptance criteria, and project requirements.
- Develop project cost estimates, pricing models, and resource forecasts for data collection, analytics, AI-driven solutions, and ongoing managed services engagements.
- Conduct business and technical research to support solution development, project planning, and customer-specific recommendations.
- Support project handovers and delivery planning by providing detailed documentation, implementation guidance, and project context to execution teams.
- Monitor project performance and scoping accuracy, contributing insights that improve future estimation models, delivery processes, and customer outcomes.
- Stay informed on industry developments related to web data, analytics, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.
