Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional analytics experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing analysts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of managing executive-facing reporting cadences.
  • Expert-level SQL proficiency.
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker preferred).
  • Proven experience with retention/cohort analysis, churn modeling, or marketplace analytics.
  • Strong statistical judgment and ability to design structured investigations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage dynamic project backlogs and prioritize competing tasks.
  • Proficiency with AI tools to increase efficiency and insight generation.

Responsibilities

  • Steward and publish weekly business reviews, synthesizing metrics into actionable narratives for senior leadership.
  • Manage and develop a team of analysts, providing coaching on technical craft and business communication.
  • Run a weekly Care Analytics prioritization process to manage backlogs across stakeholder groups.
  • Define project scopes, track delivery, and surface blockers while ensuring analytical continuity.
  • Drive structured investigations into metric deterioration using regression analysis, cohort segmentation, and hypothesis testing.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Finance to ensure analytical outputs are grounded in operational reality.
  • Validate and QA metric definitions end-to-end to ensure data quality and reliability.
