Requirements
- 6+ years of professional analytics experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing analysts in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing executive-facing reporting cadences.
- Expert-level SQL proficiency.
- Experience with BI tools (Looker preferred).
- Proven experience with retention/cohort analysis, churn modeling, or marketplace analytics.
- Strong statistical judgment and ability to design structured investigations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage dynamic project backlogs and prioritize competing tasks.
- Proficiency with AI tools to increase efficiency and insight generation.
Responsibilities
- Steward and publish weekly business reviews, synthesizing metrics into actionable narratives for senior leadership.
- Manage and develop a team of analysts, providing coaching on technical craft and business communication.
- Run a weekly Care Analytics prioritization process to manage backlogs across stakeholder groups.
- Define project scopes, track delivery, and surface blockers while ensuring analytical continuity.
- Drive structured investigations into metric deterioration using regression analysis, cohort segmentation, and hypothesis testing.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Finance to ensure analytical outputs are grounded in operational reality.
- Validate and QA metric definitions end-to-end to ensure data quality and reliability.
