Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or marketing operations.
- 2+ years of direct ownership of Snowflake or equivalent cloud data warehouse and BI tool environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with DBT for data modeling and transformation.
- Experience building and maintaining CAC, ROAS, and multi-touch attribution models.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing measurement across paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels.
- Hands-on experience with data ingestion tools like Fivetran or Airbyte.
- Strong proficiency in SQL; LookML experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to translate complex data infrastructure into executive-ready insights for C-level stakeholders.
- Experience operating in a multi-brand or multi-BU environment strongly preferred.
- Financial services or high-compliance vertical experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the centralized marketing data infrastructure including Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran/Airbyte, and Looker dashboards.
- Define and maintain a canonical KPI framework (CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, CVR) as the authoritative source for performance measurement.
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across paid and owned channels, including pixel governance, CAPI, GTM, and offline conversion mapping.
- Develop forecasting models, performance targets, and budget scenario analyses to enable data-driven budget allocation.
- Execute incrementality testing, such as geo holdout tests and lift studies, to validate marketing spend impact.
- Deliver executive marketing reports and build self-service analytics to eliminate reporting lags.
