Requirements
- 4–7+ years in marketing operations, demand generation, or analytics in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., CIJ, Marketo, HubSpot).
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Experience in planning and operational execution of webinars.
- Strong understanding of email best practices and campaign QA.
- Skilled in building reports/dashboards in tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Data analysis skills including Excel/Sheets or SQL.
- Familiarity with lead management concepts and ABM.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize marketing automation platform and data flows.
- Translate campaign and webinar plans into operational requirements.
- Build and launch outbound campaigns, nurture flows, and webinars.
- Implement lead scoring and routing logic in collaboration with Sales.
- Manage contact list intake, cleansing, and segmentation.
- Maintain marketing templates, modules, and SOPs.
- Develop dashboards and recurring reports for campaign performance and funnel metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to improve lead volume and quality.
