Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, business, analytics, or information systems.
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing operations, RevOps, or marketing analytics.
- Direct ownership of lifecycle, scoring, routing, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in a Salesforce‑centric GTM environment.
- Hands-on proficiency with a marketing automation platform (Marketo).
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (campaigns, reports, dashboards, core objects).
- Hands-on proficiency with an ABX/intent platform (e.g., 6sense).
- Hands-on proficiency with a middleware platform (e.g., Workato).
- Proficiency in at least one BI/reporting tool (Power BI preferred; Domo, Tableau).
- Strong program/project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders to execute and evolve our martech and analytics strategy.
- Serve as the day‑to‑day owner of key marketing systems (Marketo, 6sense or comparable, webinar/event tools) and their integrations.
- Translate GTM questions into clear reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
- Build scalable workflows, documentation, and enablement for global and regional teams.
- Co‑own and execute the marketing ops roadmap, including lifecycle enforcement and Power BI dashboards.
- Support global and regional teams with campaign build and QA aligned to the Global Go‑To‑Market Calendar.
- Provide recurring and ad‑hoc analysis on funnel health, campaign performance, and ABX cohort outcomes.
- Improve and maintain attribution logic to ensure high trust in reporting.
