Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of Salesforce experience in an admin capacity supporting marketing or GTM.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for extracting and transforming large datasets.
  • Experience integrating and scaling data across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to build marketing dashboards and attribution models.
  • Experience with institutional crypto, fintech, or financial services.
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership collaborating with sales and product teams.
  • Strong storytelling skills to communicate data insights to executives.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve marketing data infrastructure, including Salesforce and MarTech stack.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze campaign performance and revenue attribution.
  • Build and maintain scalable dashboards for performance marketing, BDR, and field/event marketing.
  • Develop multi-touch attribution models and conversion tracking methodologies.
  • Analyze RoAS, LTV/CAC, and funnel efficiency to inform budget allocation and strategy.
  • Serve as Salesforce admin for marketing to ensure data integrity and clean structures.
  • Partner with Data teams to ensure consistency and governance across systems.
  • Produce executive-ready reports and communicate ROI to cross-functional leadership.
