Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharma analytics.
- Expertise in healthcare data ecosystems (claims, specialty pharmacy, hub data, IQVIA).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Alteryx, SAS, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze payer coverage, reimbursement policies, and access dynamics across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid channels.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs like time-to-fill, approval rates, and adherence patterns.
- Translate claims, hub, and patient services data into clear strategic recommendations.
- Partner with IT and data engineering to improve data infrastructure and reporting automation.
- Support payer contracting and pricing teams through scenario modeling and performance evaluation.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external data vendors and claims providers.
- Lead cross-functional analytical initiatives and business planning cycles.
