  • Cultivate relationships with assigned producers.
  • Collaborate closely with the underwriting team.
  • Utilize databases to gather data for submissions and leverage software to compare risks.
  • Respond to customer needs with tailored guidance.
  • Process accounts from approved quotes to policy issuance.
  • Recommend ideas for program development and process improvement.
  • Assist in the development of the Underwriting team.

  • Complete special projects as assigned by management and perform other duties as requested.
