- Manage end-to-end build and deployment of email and SMS campaigns across international markets.
- Build and QA dynamic templates using HTML/CSS and AMPscript.
- Configure and manage automated journeys in SFMC Journey Builder for onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with regional data privacy regulations including GDPR, CASL, and PDPA.
- Maintain and organize data extensions and audience segments specific to international markets.
- Track and report on campaign performance, surfacing regional insights and optimization opportunities.
- Maintain SFMC instance health including list hygiene, consent records, and user access.
