Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Deep implementation expertise with complex SaaS software (CRM, ERP, etc.) for large customers.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Technical aptitude with a deep understanding of integrations, APIs, and technical strategy.
- Experience helping customers drive organizational change.
- Proven ability to drive value conversations with executive teams.
- Strategic mindset to assist customers with long-term planning.
- Consultative approach to problem-solving with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to provide certainty and urgency in customer decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Recommend implementation approaches and services to complex upmarket customers.
- Diagnose customer needs based on business objectives and technical requirements.
- Create customized implementation plans and recommend Solutions Partners.
- Define resource needs and establish project milestones and timelines.
- Present strategic plans to customer executive teams.
- Influence customer purchase decisions by driving urgency and certainty.
- Enhance alignment between Sales and Services teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with accredited Solutions Partners.
- Provide expert advice on HubSpot best practices, business processes, and change management.
