Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a customer-facing role such as Project Coordinator or Implementation.
- Experience supporting implementation projects and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Discovery skills to identify client objectives and needs.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Passion for problem-solving and exploring solutions across technical scenarios.
- Willingness to learn and educate clients on Remote products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the client implementation process using established frameworks.
- Manage the transition from pre-sales engagement to post-sales handover.
- Coordinate logistics for Kick-Off Calls with external and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain project resources and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
- Ensure project delivery within the scoped timeframe.
- Educate clients on Remote products and drive product adoption.
- Act as a liaison between product, engineering, sales, and support teams.
- Identify and relay upselling or cross-selling opportunities to CSMs.
- Prepare and facilitate the handover to the long-term Account Team.
