Requirements

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a customer-facing role such as Project Coordinator or Implementation.
  • Experience supporting implementation projects and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Discovery skills to identify client objectives and needs.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Passion for problem-solving and exploring solutions across technical scenarios.
  • Willingness to learn and educate clients on Remote products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate the client implementation process using established frameworks.
  • Manage the transition from pre-sales engagement to post-sales handover.
  • Coordinate logistics for Kick-Off Calls with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain project resources and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Ensure project delivery within the scoped timeframe.
  • Educate clients on Remote products and drive product adoption.
  • Act as a liaison between product, engineering, sales, and support teams.
  • Identify and relay upselling or cross-selling opportunities to CSMs.
  • Prepare and facilitate the handover to the long-term Account Team.
