Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role like Project Coordinator or Onboarding/Implementation.
  • Solid understanding of managing stakeholders in a book of business.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Well-structured communication skills.
  • Strong discovery skills to identify client objectives and needs.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and working with internal stakeholders.
  • Passion for problem-solving across technical scenarios.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, async environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate the client implementation process using established frameworks.
  • Manage the transition from pre-sales engagement to post-sales handover.
  • Coordinate logistics for project Kick-Off calls with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain project resources and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Ensure completion and delivery of projects within scoped timeframes.
  • Act as a liaison between multiple internal teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Educate customers on Remote products to enable informed adoption decisions.
  • Identify and relay upselling or cross-selling opportunities to the Account Team.
  • Gather and share customer feedback with internal Product and Sales teams.
