Requirements
- Extensive full-cycle technical recruiting experience hiring for software/ML/AI engineers, TPMs, and engineering management.
- Experience within tech or tech-adjacent environments such as Fintech.
- Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills with business acumen for the tech talent landscape.
- Proven ability to close in-demand talent and manage complex offer packages.
- Strong expertise in using talent data analytics and market intelligence for evidence-based hiring.
- Experience leading process improvements and technical hiring initiatives.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success managing candidate journeys and executing optimal sourcing methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
- Highly proficient in ATS/CRM platforms and AI recruiting tools.
Responsibilities
- Be a strategic talent advisor and trusted thought partner to engineering and product leadership by proactively leveraging talent intelligence, extensive market knowledge, and external talent insights to drive innovative hiring approaches.
- Independently own end-to-end recruitment for complex and specialized R&D roles, including proactive sourcing and pipeline development.
- Design and scale engineering recruiting programs that institutionalize a high technical talent bar and deliver structured interview frameworks.
- Collect, analyze, and use talent insights to drive calibration with hiring teams and advise on location decisions and success profiles.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with VP-level R&D leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional partners.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively across complex offer structures, including equity, using data-driven influence.
