Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Email infrastructure (MUA, MTA).
- Deep understanding of RESTful technology and API troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in communication protocols including SMTP, SSL, and TLS.
- Competency in troubleshooting network connectivity issues (TCP/UDP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong task prioritization and situational urgency evaluation.
- Customer-centric mindset and dedication to the customer experience.
- Ability to work irregular shifts, including weekends and varying work-week patterns.
Responsibilities
- Address customer issues using strong technical and diplomatic skills.
- Provide customer feedback to Twilio's Product and Engineering teams.
- Resolve complex technical problems for developers, architects, and partners.
- Collaborate with teammates and engineering teams via Slack and JIRA.
- Review and contribute to internal knowledge bases and external technical resources.
