Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Email infrastructure (MUA, MTA).
  • Deep understanding of RESTful technology and API troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in communication protocols including SMTP, SSL, and TLS.
  • Competency in troubleshooting network connectivity issues (TCP/UDP).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong task prioritization and situational urgency evaluation.
  • Customer-centric mindset and dedication to the customer experience.
  • Ability to work irregular shifts, including weekends and varying work-week patterns.

Responsibilities

  • Address customer issues using strong technical and diplomatic skills.
  • Provide customer feedback to Twilio's Product and Engineering teams.
  • Resolve complex technical problems for developers, architects, and partners.
  • Collaborate with teammates and engineering teams via Slack and JIRA.
  • Review and contribute to internal knowledge bases and external technical resources.
