Partner with the LATAM sales team to own the technical side of customer opportunities from discovery through close
Lead technical discovery to understand customer requirements, current architecture, pain points, and business goals
Recommend integration strategies, solution architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure using Telnyx products
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept support
Explain Telnyx products across Voice, SIP Trunking, Messaging, Wireless/IoT, Networking, Storage, AI, and Voice AI
Help customers evaluate Telnyx APIs, network capabilities, and communications infrastructure
Identify technical objections and work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve blockers
Support customer and partner integrations in real-world environments
Build lightweight prototypes or demos that show how Telnyx products can solve customer problems
Maintain deep knowledge of Telnyx's existing and future products
