Requirements

  • 5+ years building and leading GTM or business systems in scaled SaaS or marketplace environments.
  • Delivered a large, multi-country CRM or Service transformation.
  • Hands-on ownership of Salesforce Sales & Service and a GTM Systems CoE.
  • Shipped AI-powered automations in real GTM workflows.
  • Led senior program and vendor management including RFPs, SLAs, and TCO/ROI evaluation.
  • Salesforce delivery excellence including CI/CD, environments, releases, and incident management.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce-HubSpot integrations.
  • Strong technical background in integrations and data foundations (APIs, iPaaS, observability).
  • Clear executive communication skills with a product-focused builder mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end GTM technology strategy and blueprint including CRM, Marketing, CPQ, integrations, and AI.
  • Stabilize and complete the Salesforce migration for Sales, CS, and Care.
  • Manage platform reliability, data quality, and service standards across all GTM systems.
  • Build and lead a high-performing GTM systems team and Center of Excellence.
  • Implement a modern delivery and operating model including CI/CD and release discipline.
  • Establish seamless Salesforce-HubSpot integration and trusted data flows to the DWH.
  • Manage vendor partnerships with clear ROI and SLA accountability.
