Requirements
- 5+ years building and leading GTM or business systems in scaled SaaS or marketplace environments.
- Delivered a large, multi-country CRM or Service transformation.
- Hands-on ownership of Salesforce Sales & Service and a GTM Systems CoE.
- Shipped AI-powered automations in real GTM workflows.
- Led senior program and vendor management including RFPs, SLAs, and TCO/ROI evaluation.
- Salesforce delivery excellence including CI/CD, environments, releases, and incident management.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce-HubSpot integrations.
- Strong technical background in integrations and data foundations (APIs, iPaaS, observability).
- Clear executive communication skills with a product-focused builder mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end GTM technology strategy and blueprint including CRM, Marketing, CPQ, integrations, and AI.
- Stabilize and complete the Salesforce migration for Sales, CS, and Care.
- Manage platform reliability, data quality, and service standards across all GTM systems.
- Build and lead a high-performing GTM systems team and Center of Excellence.
- Implement a modern delivery and operating model including CI/CD and release discipline.
- Establish seamless Salesforce-HubSpot integration and trusted data flows to the DWH.
- Manage vendor partnerships with clear ROI and SLA accountability.
