Requirements
- 4–8 years in CRM or business systems administration with end-to-end ownership.
- Leading at least one CRM migration from Salesforce to HubSpot or Zoho.
- 2–3 years hands-on Salesforce administration.
- Cross-platform CRM experience spanning Salesforce and at least one of HubSpot or Zoho.
- Multi-system integration experience via API or middleware (e.g., Zapier, Make, Workato).
- Experience independently maintaining systems handed off from external vendors.
- B2+ English (CEFR) proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead a full CRM migration from Salesforce to HubSpot or Zoho.
- Ensure client portal integration remains intact through migration.
- Take over maintenance of laboratory information management system (LIMS) and patient database.
- Identify operational gaps to improve efficiency.
- Build new integrations for front office and sales operations teams.
- Consolidate the systems stack to reduce dependence on external developers.
